What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Manage payroll processes globally, with the support of the HR Manager.
  • Lead on relationships with payroll and benefit providers globally.
  • Run and present payroll and data reports to the CFO and CEO.
  • Support the recruitment process, scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • Work alongside the HR Manager on ad hoc projects around; Culture, L&D, DEI etc

What is the company looking for?

  • Experience managing payroll processes essential
  • Exposure to HR administration
  • Global exposure to HR and/or payroll is desirable but not essential
  • Strong and evidenced Excel skills
  • Analytically minded approach
  • Resourceful and solutionsoriented individual
