Are you an experienced Residential Property, Solicitor, CILEX or a Licenced Conveyancer? Do you have long-term ambitions for partnership? Do you want to be part of a team that allows for excellent quality work? Would you like to be integrated and potentiallyassist junior members of staff?
years post qualified experience is ideal

  • Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Confident in workload and able to delegate
  • Business development experience/desire would be desirable but not essential

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Freehold and leasehold,
  • Sales and Purchase,
  • New builds
  • Reportages
  • Staircasing
  • Plots sales advantageous not essential
Parking provided - Hybrid working - Development and Progression - Autonomy


Salary:
Competitive based on experience and technical ability

Hours:
Monday - Friday


Location:
Tunbridge Wells
