My client is looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to work in their modern offices to cover maternity leave.

The role will be a fixed term contract that will last for 9 months to 1 year.


Role:

Purchase Ledger Clerk

  • Input of invoices onto 'Syrinx ' (system training will be given)
  • Matching of pod's (proof of delivery notes) to invoices.
  • Invoice scanning and filing
  • Liaising with other departments for correct costing of invoices.
  • Informing suppliers of invoice queries.
  • Passing of invoices for payment
  • Reconciling of supplier statements to the account systems.
  • Various office administrative duties
Hours of work are 8.30am to 5pm with 3/4hour lunch break.
