My client is looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to work in their modern offices to cover maternity leave.
The role will be a fixed term contract that will last for 9 months to 1 year.Role:
Purchase Ledger Clerk
- Input of invoices onto 'Syrinx ' (system training will be given)
- Matching of pod's (proof of delivery notes) to invoices.
- Invoice scanning and filing
- Liaising with other departments for correct costing of invoices.
- Informing suppliers of invoice queries.
- Passing of invoices for payment
- Reconciling of supplier statements to the account systems.
- Various office administrative duties
