Description

A multi-disciplinary Private Practice with 10 offices across the UK are looking to add an experienced Building Surveyor to their team in Manchester.


The Building Surveyors role

The Building Surveyor will be providing support on a range of projects, including insurance work, predominantly residential and commercial buildings in all forms of construction.

The successful Building Surveyor will have experience in defect diagnosis, dilapidations, insurance repair projects and experience in negotiating, supervising and leadership.


The Building Surveyor will ideally hold

  • Ideally MRICS qualified
  • Experience on projectbased work
  • Residential and Commercial property knowledge
  • Car and full driver's license
  • Minimum of 5 years Building Surveyor experience

In Return?

  • Salary between £50,000 and £60,000
  • Car allowance of £5000 per annum
