Temporary Customer Feedback Officer/Admin - Repairs

Pay Rate:
£14.44 per hour PAYE


Hours per week: 35-37 Monday - Friday, normal working hours

Role Length:
This opening assignment is for 4-5 months

A Customer Feedback Officer is required to work within the repairs and maintenance team, working with the team to answer customers queries, feedback and complaints.

Ensuring learning from feedback is embedded in the team to ensure service delivery meets the needs of the customers.
