Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Provide childcare and supervision to children in the nursery
- Assist in planning and implementing ageappropriate activities and educational programs
- Manage and maintain a safe and clean environment for the children
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders
- Support the lead practitioners in daily tasks and routines
- Observe and assess children's development and behaviour
- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and nurturing learning environment
Skills:
- Leadership skills with the ability to take initiative
- Drive and passion for working with young children
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
