About Us:


Genius Within intro


We have worked with an external development partner over the last few years to create a successful psychology driven online platform for psychometric profiling, as well as a client management platform (called the 'Portal').


As the customer numbers using both platform expands, we are now looking to create an in-house team to scale up and continue to develop product development at pace.

As a key member of our team we are looking for a talented Digital Platform Administrator to join us.

This role is at the forefront of managing our digital platform, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and customers, and continuously enhancing our online presence.


Role Overview:


This role is hybrid - Remote working with days in our Plumpton office (BN7 3AL) with travel as required.

Key Responsibilities:


Website Content Management:


  • Regularly update and maintain website content to ensure accurate and current information.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to implement updates, new features, and promotions.
  • Run ad hoc and scheduled reports, monitor platform statistics

Client Onboarding:


  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Provide training and support to clients on platform features and functionalities.
  • Run inhouse training and prepare support videos and material

Customer Support:


  • Act as the first point of contact for client queries and concerns, resolving issues or liaising with the developers for more complex queries.
  • Support Business Development by advising on features and setting up test and production companies

Platform Improvement:


  • Gather client feedback and suggestions for platform enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the UX Lead and development team to communicate user needs and contribute to ongoing improvements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the user experience and overall platform functionality.

Documentation:


  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to client onboarding processes, common issues, and resolutions.
  • Create user guides, FAQs, and training materials to assist clients in utilising platform features effectively.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or other qualifications in Information Technology or a related field would be beneficial, however experience and passion for digital platform and content management is the main qualification.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Proven experience in website and digital platform administration or a similar role.
  • Comfortable with using simple HTML formatting within the CMS platform, creating layouts and custom formatting within content blocks
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and understand new systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customercentric mindset with a commitment to delivering highquality service.

Salary:
£30,000.00 per year
