Digital Customer Service Assistant - The Role:

Following the transformation of our operations department and the success of our online digitalisation programme, we are now recruiting for full time and part time assistants, positions have the flexibility with our extended operating hours.

Roles maybe of particular interest to applicants looking to work some hours outside core business working hours, applicants currently in study or working towards starting a new career journey in Financial Services.


Digital Customer Service Assistant - Key Responsibilities:

  • You will contribute towards our Operations department being a market leading provider of regulated financial products and services, through the delivery of excellent written communications, decisioning, for our Customer online interactions
  • Presenting in writing and promoting our full range of services, benefits, product and features, using professional customer communications
  • Providing Customers with excellent responses in both quality and speed of service
  • Act as an ambassador and role model to support our delivery of excellence, act appropriately in our regulated environment, strive to resolve customer issues at the first touch across our whole product range and client bases

Digital Customer Service Assistant - You:

  • Excellent Customer engagement skills verbal and written
  • Selfmotivated with a proactive, positive, enthusiastic, professional, confident and calm attitude, acting with integrity and fairness
  • Demonstrate a desire to drive success within the contact centre
  • Good team player with a willingness to cooperate with and assist other team members
  • A good work ethic with attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively when required
  • Ability of or work towards knowledge in a regulated industry and experience of working within all legal requirements
  • Good level of computer literacy including good keyboard skills
  • Effective relationship management skills, both internally and externally
  • Keeps up to date with regulated environment
