The fleet transport department has a range of vehicles from cars, vans, trucks, cranes, diggers, and much. This function manages the company's vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained, operate efficiently, and comply with regulations.


The role
As a Fleet Administrator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Using your developed communicational skills, you will provide administrative support to the Fleet Transport department.

Day to day, you'll provide and assist with the process of vehicle resources to ensure compliance is met for both transport legislation and military regulations including daily licence and competency checks, you will also:

  • Assist with the administration and management of authorised daily vehicle tasking's.
  • Assist the Engineering Technical administrator for the upkeep and recording of technical library publications every 28 days.
  • Manage and create the submission of Purchase Orders (PO) and invoices for purchasing supplies and training courses using the bespoke COUPA IT system.
  • Comply with contractual policies for reporting and processing of vehicle and equipment faults including the reporting of vehicle breakdowns.
This role is based at RSME Minley and requires onsite presence five days a week (Monday to Thursday , Friday


Essential experience of the Fleet Administrator:

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Experienced with administrational tasks and responsibilities.
