Office Angels are so excited to be recruiting for an Account Assistant based in Maidstone.

Working for a well-established, friendly company, this is a role would be ideal for someone who has experience within accounts.

Accounts Assistant

Maidstone


Salary:
£22,000-£26,000


Hours:
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

As the Accounts Assistant your key responsibilities would be:

  • Use of Sage 50 for payroll on weekly and monthly basis
  • Completing Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
  • Assisting the completion of VAT returns.
  • Setting up suppliers on the accounting system
  • Answering inbound calls and directing to appropriate team member staff
  • Admin as and when required i.e. Typing of estimates and letters
  • Great administration and communication skills.
  • Being organised and have great attention to detail.
  • Experience with VAT returns and completing monthly PAYEE returns.
  • Sage 50 (2 years' experience)
  • Essential that you are IT literate and confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and word.
