Office Angels are so excited to be recruiting for an Account Assistant based in Maidstone.Working for a well-established, friendly company, this is a role would be ideal for someone who has experience within accounts.

Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

As the Accounts Assistant your key responsibilities would be:
- Use of Sage 50 for payroll on weekly and monthly basis
- Completing Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
- Assisting the completion of VAT returns.
- Setting up suppliers on the accounting system
- Answering inbound calls and directing to appropriate team member staff
- Admin as and when required i.e. Typing of estimates and letters
- Great administration and communication skills.
- Being organised and have great attention to detail.
- Experience with VAT returns and completing monthly PAYEE returns.
- Sage 50 (2 years' experience)
- Essential that you are IT literate and confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and word.
