Hello

We will be opening to the general public on the 25th febuary.

Our stall will be produce driven but bringing the same type of 'junk' food people have know us for in the past.

Service time are 1- 9, 7 days a week and we will be looking for 3 more competent chefs to complete the team.

So we can offer a nice life/work balance.

Lots of different benefits are available within the complex and opportunity to switch locations to our new restaurant or outdoor street food catering in the future.

A little about us:

Covid hit us all pretty bad but rather than drink ourselves into a blunder we decided to create a little recipe website together - A combination of our fine dining backgrounds and infatuation for all things not good for you.

We're not your average Junk.

2 years later:
100+ recipes published; a fully booked summer of street food and crowned Champions at The Scottish, British & European Street Food Awards we're now opening our own place

We will be upping our food game - similar indulgent dishes but more intricate plating.

We really believe food is the heart of bringing people together so expect to have plentiful plates to share with friends and family and lots of quirky beverages to match.

Music has taken up a great portion of our lives and we really want to integrate that into the scene.

Great drinks, great food, class music - what more could you want

We are looking for a confident chef that is passionate, hard working, quick & efficient, and of course have great banter.

Experience in a similar role is preferred but if you have a great attitude and eagerness to learn then we will of course consider you

You will be working with a Stong Head Chef and Sous chef with extensive backgrounds in fine dining
