Estimator - HVAC
North Mymms, Hertfordshire

£35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)


Information on the role

  • Attend varied client sites
  • Survey works and manage the endtoend process of receiving the tender and submitting the quotation
  • Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts
  • Manage accurate records of tender and contract documents
  • Prepare detailed bills of quantities and work schedules for accurate pricing
  • Compile tender comparisons and consideration
  • Present tenders at settlement meetings with a comprehensive knowledge of the best approach to be taken
  • Offer advice on risk and value engineering options

What we'd like from you

Experience Estimating HVAC projects, ideally in the commercial & retail sectors:

CAD & Revit proficiency:


  • Third Level qualification in a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional written and spoken English skills
  • Selfmotivated personality
  • Attention to detail with a right firsttime attitude
  • Organisation and time management skills

Salary:
£35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
