Spot Salary SCP 20 £28,371 pa, full time equivalent

Actual salary pro rata:
£24,295 to £25,066 pa, depending on length of service

36.66 hours per week / term time plus one week

Joining us from 1 September 2023, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to make a positive difference to the continuity of education for our students.

This is a vital role for the Academy and a great opportunity for an individual to develop their teaching skills and establish positive working relationships with students and colleagues.

Can deliver high quality cover lessons in which students can learn and make progress, using the cover work provided.
Are a role model for high standards.
Have excellent communication and organisation skills.
Have a flexible and 'cando' approach to work.
Work both collaboratively and on their own initiative.
