Key Responsibilities:
-


  • Processing new customer bookings and coordinating / Project managing existing works
  • Being the intermediate between engineers, customers and tenants
  • Ensuring the service system is updated and records maintained on each job
  • Checking all jobrelated documents and preparing quotations
  • Following up quotations and promoting the company at all times
  • Providing a high level of customer service at all times

About you:
-


  • Excellent communication skills articulate, confident, professional
  • High customer service skills
  • Efficient, flexible, dependable and a proactive teamplayer
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and use own initiative
  • Excellent mannerism and attention to detail
  • Experience in Property Maintenance would be beneficial
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary:
£22,500.00 per year
