Description
Our client based in Wellingborough, are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.- Accurately process customer orders on SAP from various sources.
- Coordinating the entire process from point of machine order to delivery in line with customer delivery requirements liaising with procurement, workshop, and transport departments.
- Completing administrative duties and support the sales team to ensure smooth running of all accounts. Creating SAP reports as necessary.
- Managing the lifecycle of service contracts on a monthly basis.
- Follow the Customer Contact Strategy following delivery.
- Effectively and efficiently answer service and breakdown requests from customer in line with SLA agreements in place.
- Ensure that estimates are turned around in a timely manner.
- Process completed work through to invoice on a daily basis, including invoice queries.
- Management of daily orders and back orders.
- Promptly dealing with customer complaints or escalate when required.
Skills/Experience:
- Good Maths & English min GCSE or equivalent
- At least 3 years Administration experience
- Strong communication skill, both verbal and written
- Highly organised with experience of working to deadlines
