Our client based in Wellingborough, are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

  • Accurately process customer orders on SAP from various sources.
  • Coordinating the entire process from point of machine order to delivery in line with customer delivery requirements liaising with procurement, workshop, and transport departments.
  • Completing administrative duties and support the sales team to ensure smooth running of all accounts. Creating SAP reports as necessary.
  • Managing the lifecycle of service contracts on a monthly basis.
  • Follow the Customer Contact Strategy following delivery.
  • Effectively and efficiently answer service and breakdown requests from customer in line with SLA agreements in place.
  • Ensure that estimates are turned around in a timely manner.
  • Process completed work through to invoice on a daily basis, including invoice queries.
  • Management of daily orders and back orders.
  • Promptly dealing with customer complaints or escalate when required.

Skills/Experience:

  • Good Maths & English min GCSE or equivalent
  • At least 3 years Administration experience
  • Strong communication skill, both verbal and written
  • Highly organised with experience of working to deadlines
