Jackson Hogg are delighted to be working with a company based in Billingham on the position of a part time Finance Assistant.


Duties

  • Receive and review invoices for purchases made through our buying group membership.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of invoices, including purchase order matching where applicable.
  • Enter invoice details accurately in to bespoke system, ensuring all invoices are coded correctly.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices in a timely manner.
  • Regularly reconcile the buying group account to ensure it aligns with our records and reflects accurate transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between our records and the group account.
  • Liaise with internal departments to obtain necessary approvals and information for invoice processing.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding invoicerelated enquiries or discrepancies.
  • Perform general finance administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organising financial documents.
  • Any other ad hoc duties required by the Finance Manager

16 hours per week, working days negotiable

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Pay:
£22,500.00-£24,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 per week

  • Monday to Friday
