Jackson Hogg are delighted to be working with a company based in Billingham on the position of a part time Finance Assistant.
Duties
- Receive and review invoices for purchases made through our buying group membership.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of invoices, including purchase order matching where applicable.
- Enter invoice details accurately in to bespoke system, ensuring all invoices are coded correctly.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices in a timely manner.
- Regularly reconcile the buying group account to ensure it aligns with our records and reflects accurate transactions.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between our records and the group account.
- Liaise with internal departments to obtain necessary approvals and information for invoice processing.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding invoicerelated enquiries or discrepancies.
- Perform general finance administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organising financial documents.
- Any other ad hoc duties required by the Finance Manager
16 hours per week, working days negotiable
Job Types:

£22,500.00-£24,500.00 per year
