Shifts: Saturday to Wednesday are 08.00 to 18.00 days and 22.00 to 08.00 nights Thursday to Friday are 08.00 to 20.00 days & 20.00 to 08.00 wakes nights

**Role
**This role will be supporting our client in their own home for the full shift providing support with medication all aspects of their clinical care needs. You will be assisting with personal care, moving & handling, meds administration, suctioning, tracheostomycare, repositioning, managing epilepsy & observations. You will also be involved in fun activities such as painting, listening to music& sensory tasks. We feel that there is nothing better than seeing people happy in their own homes as we give them the supportthey need to live happy and fulfilled lives.
