An exciting opportunity as arisen for experience and strategic BD development Manager with experience in security solutions within construction and facilities management.

You will join a reputable and fast-growing business specialising particularly withinfacilities and security services within the property market, offering a broad range of its customers a tailor-made approach.

You will be responsible for new and existing business, seeking to secure new contracts for the business and work collaboratively across multiplefunctions on various projects.

Location - Enfield - North London (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary - Market related + Car Allowance + Commission
Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Attending networking events to attract and retain clients
  • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies with the team to grow business
  • Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
  • Collaborating with the Head of Sales on sales goals and strategies
  • Support the team with other responsibilities as required;
Essential requirements

  • Proven Business development experience within hard security solutions (facilities management/construction)
  • Experience selling into the residential / commercial, and social property sectors (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work towards sales targets and KPI's
  • Experience or familiar with CRM software
  • Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to sell value and create credibility
