Description

Our client, a well-established group of chartered surveyors with offices in Horsham, Hayward's Heath and Brighton, are currently seeking a Property Manager to join their growing Property Management Department.

The Property Manager will be working alongsidethe Head of Property Management and managing a portfolio of commercial properties across the region.

This role will primarily be office based and a Full UK Driver's License and car will be required for travelling when needed.

Property ManagerPosition Requirements

Must have at least 1 years' experience as a Property Manager (not in lettings)
Commercial experience is advantageous but not essential
Must hold a Full UK driver's License and Car
Professional Manner
Strong IT and Grammar
Based within commuting distance of any of the three locations listed above
Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure

Salary: £25,000 £35,000
