Juice Recruitment is delighted to be in partnership with an award-winning engineering consultancy, with the appointment of a Bid / Proposals Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating content for bids and tenders, ensuring branding is consistent, and adding value by amending graphic layout and proofreading.
Identifying suitable case studies; liaising directly with your colleagues to gather an understanding of projects and creatively producing copy accordingly.
Collating basic information for bids to support the preparation and submission of large, complex, and/or bespoke tenders, proposals, or quotes.
Improving the quality of written responses, writing case studies, and presentation materials.
Working closely with the Marketing Assistant and Business Development Lead to share information and create content for our website, social media platforms, newsletters, and other external communications.

Skills Required:

An understanding of bid and tender processes.
Ability to write creatively.
Ability to convert technical information into plain English, proofread and edit.
Excellent attention to detail.
Confident interpersonal and communication skills.
A desire to work collaboratively with colleagues.
A high degree of selfmotivation and an enquiring mind.

Salary:
£27,500 - £37,000 per annum

Hours:
Full-time, Monday - Friday
