Job Title:
General Teaching Assistant (KS1 & KS2)

Location:
Fleetwood

Job Type:
Full-time, Temporary (ASAP - 19th July 2024)

Salary:
£ £15 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Romano Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a Primary School based in Fleetwood. We are looking for a dedicated and versatile General Teaching Assistant to work across KS1 & KS2.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to teachers and pupils across KS1 & KS
Assist with the planning and delivery of lessons and activities.
Support pupils with their learning and development.
Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
A relevant qualification in Education or Childcare is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability and a willingness to work across different age groups.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
