Our Mid-Market UK sales team is growing - and we are looking for a Client Partner to help agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on the Reddit advertising platform.

As founding members of our growing London team, you will also be a critical part of shaping our strategy, product roadmap and culture.


Averaging 21B screen views per month, Reddit is the 5th most-trafficked site on the internet - and we're just getting started.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive Same Store Growth for Key Scaled Clients in UKI:
  • Take Ownership over an existing high value book of business; drive growth for spending clients and crack dormant accounts.
  • Deepen partnerships:
  • Manage upsell opportunities; identify areas of additional opportunity within existing client relationships, including new lines of business, and move them through to close.
  • Bring new products and features to market, using launches to unlock additional revenue, both from existing and new customers.
  • Internal collaboration and impact:
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to create longterm, mutually beneficial partnerships between your customer base and Reddit.
  • Communicate feedback on our sales processes, Reddit's pitch/positioning, and our products internally, to advocate for our customers and improve team effectiveness and efficiency.

Skills and Experience:

Ideal background:2+ years of experience in media sales( 4yrs + if experience is account management and this is first time sales role)

Experience:


  • Understanding of digital advertising, social media, and marketing
  • Analytical, rigorous prioritization of opportunity pipeline (both new business and upsells) and sales efforts.
  • Experience articulating datadriven solutions in a clientfacing role.
  • Experience with consultative selling, leading needs assessment conversations, and prescriptive/solutionbased selling.
  • Proven track record of revenue generation and quota attainment from new business and/or existing customers.
  • Experience collaborating with Account Management, Sales Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to achieve common goals.
  • Able to articulate customer feedback and pain points internally, and help develop solutions.
