Salary of £21,333 per annum

37.5 hours per week

Our Outpatients Department currently has an opportunity for a Patient Support Administrator.


As a Patient Support Administrator, you will be patient facing as well as booking appointments, answering the phone, dealing with patient and consultant queries, processing referrals in a timely manner, organising clinic files ready for consultant clinics, working within a team, lisaising with other departments and being the first point of contact for patients on arrival.

To succeed as a Patient Support Administrator, you will need:
Excellent communication skills

Be a team player

Methodical

Organised

PC literate including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Hospital inhouse systems

Be able to work flexible hours between 8am-8pm.
