Reception & Office Assistant


Purpose of the Job:

To provide administration and business support to cover daily duties of the business.


The Successful Applicant:


  • Excellent administration abilities required in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience essential.
  • Professional and presentable to welcome guests to Head Office.
  • Excellent listening and people skills.
  • Carry out all necessary administration in an accurate, efficient and professional manner.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for manning the reception area. Meeting & greeting guests.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are presentable and left tidy.
  • Responsible for organising GDC and Board meetings eg accommodation, catering, refreshments etc
  • Support organisation of General meetings/conference.
  • Maintaining & completing HQ office procedures.
  • Keep all records up to date i.e. Member/supplier list etc
  • Ensure all recharge sheets are raised each month e.g. general meetings, marketing material etc
  • Organise carriers when required and recharge.
  • Oversee office stationery requirements, catering and cleaning supplies for the office.
  • Complete all marketing orders and send to Membership.
  • Professionally communicating with the Board, Membership and Head Office team to develop and enhance team approach methods.
  • Assist and support all Jangro Head Office departments when needed.
  • Adhere to any reasonable requests which are of benefit to the Jangro Group.
  • Ensuring that all aspects of Health and Safety procedures are adhered to within the office perimeters.

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
