Description
Castlefield is delighted to be supporting an NHS Trust with an interim General Manager for an initial 3-month duration.


Key duties:


  • Responsibility for all daytoday operational and general management for the Women & Children's Division with a specific focus on Paediatrics and Community Services.
  • Daytoday divisional leadership including significant stakeholder management with Clinical leaders
  • Lead and demonstrate the ability to deliver against RTT and elective recovery targets
  • Ensure that the Strategic Plan and objectives, operational policies and strategic intentions are implemented or incorporated.

Key requirements

  • NHS Managerial experience
  • A proven track record of managing operational services within an Acute setting ideally withiin Women & Children's Division
  • Accurate written and numerical skills
