**Team Manager - Integrated Mental Health Support
£28,630 - £31,301 per year - Three point incremental scale, appointment on scale will be based on experience
37 hours per week

Brighton**We are looking for a Team Manager to join our dynamic, innovative management team to lead, develop and deliver real change in mental health within primary care.

We are looking for a person with a good understanding of the need for better community mentalhealthcare and support needs of people experiencing distress.

The team is providing targeted holistic and personalised support to people experiencing distress for multiple reasons. The aim is to provide greater inclusion, better access through integrated andnon-clinical input.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading local provider. The service is following local investment being used to transform community mental health nationally.

This is a new service and therefore there is great opportunity to be at the forefrontof developing the quality of emotional wellbeing services in Brighton.


To succeed, you'll need a good understanding of the problems of accessing healthcare, particularly mental healthcare, and a strong commitment to holistic, recovery and trauma informed care.

An understanding of the pressures in primary care would be beneficial.

Experience of similar non-medical services such as social prescribing and an enthusiastic approach for developing an integrated primary care focussed mental health service.

Similar or equivalent transferable skills in management as well a genuine passion forsupporting staff to fulfil a complex co-located role and to fulfil their individual potential.

You'll join a supportive team and one of the leading providers of mental health services in Sussex.
