My Client is looking to recruit a Finance Commissions Assistant, this is a new role to the already established finance team.

You will be office based in Peterborough. This is a great opportunity to work within an exciting and growing brand that values theirpeople.


YOU WILL HAVE:


  • Self Motivation
  • Strong wok ethics, numerate and flexible
  • Ability to work with different teams across the organisation and occasionally senior management so experience in interdepartment coordination is a plus.
  • Ideally a background in finance, payroll or similar where attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality is paramount.
  • Analytical and Innovative
  • Knowledge of excel, google sheets and formulas is essential as this role will involve daily with spreadsheets.
  • Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts is essential to this role.
  • A general knowledge of how to work with CRM systems would be preferred, but not essential.

YOU WILL BE:


  • Taking full responsibility of the calculation of commissions monthly
  • Taking full responsibility of the compilation of profit and loss statements with supporting documents
  • Working closely with partners to communicate commissions and answer any queries they may have
  • Handling a high volume of commission related queries from related roles in the business
  • Taking responsibility for commission related calculations internally and accuracy checking of the generated commission reports
  • Enabling and identifying areas for continuous improvement in systems
  • Ensuring that all processes are followed accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Ad hoc duties as delegated by Assistant Finance Manager or Finance Manager
