Contact: Robert Legg- We are seeking a Fleet Technical Officer to join our client based in London.

This role will support Fleet Managers and Vessel Managers in monitoring and maintaining ship performance and customer satisfaction, as well as managing costs and safety.


Responsibilities include but not be limited to:

  • Monitoring and scheduling OCIMF Vetting Inspections for Project Group ships
  • Monitoring vessel certification and scheduling surveys
  • Raising purchase orders and monitoring status and invoices
  • Appointing Agents for port calls and preparing Port Reports
  • Maintaining KPI records and updating PMS overdue records
  • Supporting technical library upkeep and industry web portals
  • Assisting Fleet management team and projects as needed

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a 4th Engineer or above rank on oceangoing vessels is also accepted
