About the team:


You will be part of the Client Success team within International Markets and will work closely with peers within the Client Success team, as well as with other stakeholders and functional partners within FIS's functional matrix model.

This role will coordinate and drive the integration stream covering technical inter-platform integration activities, as well as support customer integration actives.

Role is required to have experience and familiarity with cards processing and/or card-basedpayment processing


What you will be doing:


  • Planning and coordination of the daytoday internal integration activities and dependencies
  • Manages integration activities including identifying contractual obligations, client needs and goals, existing situation, necessary contacts and access to existing information as needed
  • Identifies process gaps or areas for improvement, recommends and implements solutions
  • Coordinates activities and tasks among program teams, other internal departments and client or vendor/subcontractor organizations as needed to meet integration goals
  • Ensures integration delivery is on schedule, within budget constraints and of the appropriate quality
  • Manages integration risks, issues/problems and activity progress to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed
  • Assists with testing and system proving to ensure availability and performance targets are achieved
  • Active involvement in preparing the documentation required for the program
  • Coordinate environment provision, updates and usage with internal technical teams and client access needs

  • Knowledge of various types of IT project methodologies and life cycles
  • Knowledge of financial services with cards processing and/or cardbased payment Processing
  • Listening skills and ability to ensure open and candid twoway communication
  • Exhibits a high degree of initiative and analytical skills to handle and solve complex problems
  • Ability to work well under pressure and keep emotions under control during difficult situations
  • Ability to work with / coordinate both offshore and onshore resources
