Proudly celebrating over 50 years and with a turnover of over £20 million, we provide invaluable care and support to over 7,500 people across the five London Boroughs of Bromley, Croydon, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark.


Your new role


The Community Action Team Administrator will work closely with the Community Action Leads and other members of the team to support all aspects of the administrative work, providing support in the establishment of various different activities and projects.

The role will involve organizing and managing data, maintaining records and minutes and other general administrative and ad hoc support.


This role will play an important part to the work of the team, and will require someone keen and adaptable to assist with workshops and projects when appropriate and in accordance to work distribution or need.

A large part of the role will also be communicating with community members and external organisation to ensure that as a team we are providing people with a good experience of what we have to offer.


To succeed in this role
You will be solutions focused and a great team player. Additionally, it is just as important to us that you have the following skills;

  • Significant previous administration experience
  • Experience of organising events, workshops or meetings
  • Experience dealing with and serving the needs of community members and professionals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively in a team
  • Have the ability to communicate empathetically with patients and supporters around sensitive issues such as bereavement
  • Demonstrate sound judgement, be confident, articulate, outgoing and with excellent customer service skills
