Here at South Thames College, we are seeking a Schools Partnership Coordinator to join us.


As our Schools Partnership Coordinator, you will initiate and develop trusted relationships with key external stakeholders, in particular local schools, careers advisers, prospective student applicants and parents, using a range of knowledge, communication,and networking skills.


The team are supported by Marketing who continue creating and circulating communications and promotional materials for schools and Year 11 pupils, thus allowing the Schools Partnership Team to focus on engaging stakeholders and designing and delivering abespoke, flexible programme of activities including assemblies, workshops, and career events.


This role is based at the Wandsworth campus of South Thames College but covers the South Thames College Group area, namely Carshalton College, Kingston College, Merton College and the Wandsworth campus of South Thames College.


We'd like our Schools Partnership Coordinator to be educated to degree level (or hold an equivalent professional qualification) and have relevant experience of working with learners in a teaching or youth work capacity.

With exceptional communication, networkingand creative skills, you will have evidence of building effective working relationships with a range of key stakeholders and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team to meet shared objectives.


You will have excellent presentation skills and a creative approach to developing and delivering engaging presentations for large groups of people.

You will bring experience of developing educational activities and materials and be able to relate to youngpeople from a variety of backgrounds, as well as their advisers and influencers.

Knowledge of the Careers Education, Advice and Guidance landscape and as well as an awareness of Labour Market Information is desirable, not essential.
