A leading global law firm is looking for an experienced Marketing & Business Development professional to work within a well-established global Marketing & BD team dedicated to supporting the firm on a wide range of business development, marketing and clientrelationship management activities.

The role sits within the Manufacturing, Energy and Industrials sector group, which consists of the Energy and Natural Resources and Manufacturing and Industrials Groups.

The Marketing & Business Development Manager will primarily support the Manufacturingand Industrials sector while working with the broader MEI team to support group strategy.

You will be integral in helping to drive forward the industry sector and a number of the firm's key client relationships to ensure that the firm maximises opportunitiesto grow their revenues from existing and prospective clients across the practice and industry groups, raises the firm's profile and position within key markets and leverages and coordinates people, knowledge and resources in an effective and efficient manner.

The role holder will work with the sector heads and MEI and Marketing and BD colleagues on the creation and implementation of business plans and budgets for the sector, in line with business plans and objectives, regularly monitoring and reporting on progress.

The successful applicant will enjoy a broad and varied role and will be responsible for the development and implementation of structured and planned approaches across the full range of business development and marketing activities including targeting and clientdevelopment and outreach, pitching, profile raising and marketing campaigns on a global basis.

Pre-requisites for this role include an outstanding academic record or equivalent allied to proven marketing and business development experience ideally gained in a leading law or professional services firm, to include demonstrable success in managing multi-facetedprojects, campaigns and pitches.

Prior knowledge of working with clients within the Manufacturing, Energy or Industrials sectors is highly desirable but it is by no means essential.
