Full time, Fixed term until January 2024


We are looking for someone to join our Apprenticeship team here at Nottingham College who is passionate about working with young people and ensuring that our students receive the best possible experience.


You will therefore possess a commitment to the highest standards in delivery an exceptional customer experience, which will be partly achieved by championing a customer first approach with teams and colleagues to continually improve the delivery of Student Voice and to ensure better outcomes for students.


In addition to this, you would need to be a team player and motivator of people with an ability to develop positive, collaborative working relationship with partners and colleagues.

You will also be skilful in handling conflict positivity and in achieving positive resolutions.

Highly effective organisation and prioritisation skills and a level 2 in maths and English or equivalent are essential.
