Looking for an exciting new opportunity in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment? Look no further Team ITG are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team.

As the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in the success of Team ITG and its clients.


Where does this role fit in?


You will be working across a number of client accounts in a central operations team, managing campaigns into the business using our technology.

You will be responsible for facilitating workflow through the team to support colleague workload and help with peaks and troughs.

As a leader, you will lead internal team update/WIP meetings and cross-train team members to develop their skills matrix.

You will also manage financial reporting and ensure timely invoicing, take briefs from clients, validate information supplied by clients, and manage RFQs and supplier liaison.


You will work closely with the client services team to ensure that all client requirements are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner, manage client and supplier critical paths, WIP management, attend client on-site meetings as and when necessary, and store visits to check off and QC POS delivery.

You will also attend press pass/QC at print partners as and when necessary.

  • You will remain calm and confident when dealing with challenging situations and build strong relationships with both clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Methodical and extremely organized, with great attention to detail, a willingness to learn new things and new technology, and always eager to help others.
  • You will have a positive outlook and attitude, with good Excel knowledge and a full driving license.
