1st line technical support

Stockport / Hybrid working

£25,000 DOE


Day to day Duties:

  • Liaising Internally and Externally.
  • First line support for all technical Issues.
  • Manage and completion of reporting functions.
  • Escalating any complex incidents to 2ndand 3rd line support.
  • Ensuring the response is managed via SLA timeframes.

  • Have the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Have excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Be Selfmotivated and a contributing member of the team.
