1st line technical supportStockport / Hybrid working
£25,000 DOE
Day to day Duties:
- Liaising Internally and Externally.
- First line support for all technical Issues.
- Manage and completion of reporting functions.
- Escalating any complex incidents to 2ndand 3rd line support.
- Ensuring the response is managed via SLA timeframes.
- Have great problemsolving skills and a desire to achieve.
- Have the ability to prioritise workload.
- Have excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Be Selfmotivated and a contributing member of the team.
