Administrative Assistant


This is a unique opportunity to join Visuality, an independent, packaging design and research agency based in the heart of Leeds design quarter with offices in Copenhagen also.


You will be joining a friendly, close-knit team and will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills and experience at this exciting time for our business.


Visuality was established in 1981 and over the past 40 years we have been creating distinct designs which make it easier to buy our clients brands.


What to expect from the role:

  • As an Administrative Assistant you will work closely with Visuality's established account management team and Company Secretary, assisting on our UK client accounts.
  • You will coordinate all administrative elements including processing time sheets, providing accurate estimates and data entry into our financial management systems.
  • You will support the effective coordination and execution of brand and packaging projects from booking the initial brief, through to final artwork handover. Specifically, the planning of photoshoots and ordering of samples.
  • You will support our new business programme by following up on leads and ensuring the CRM database is up to date.

  • You are likely to be a graduate.

Required Knowledge & Experience:


  • Experience gained in a previous financial/ account management or agency role is preferred.
  • Expert user of Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Experience with CRM software.
