We are looking for a Production Lead to work for a leading Aerospace company based in the Broughton area. They are largest commercial aerospace company, as well as its biggest civil aerospace exporter.

also, a leader in designing, manufacturing, and delivering aerospace products, services, and solutions to a customer.

This role will involve improving systems and processes, looking at the details of projects and liaising with suppliers.

You will be managing business, industrial and E2E activities (focusing on Broughton), Risk Sharing Partners, Suppliers, and potential impacts to the Final Assembly Line.

Responsibilities:

Lead projects ensuring time, cost and delivery targets are met using project management tools and techniques
Work closely with other functions building effective relationships and networks to support delivery of projects and VSM tasks
Experience with aerospace/aviation industry
