Description
Due to our ongoing expansion a position has become available for an accounts administrator to join our team.


Duties Include:


  • Matching Purchase Invoices, supplier PI, statements, and remittances
  • Processing credit cards statements
  • Assist in supplier payments at the end of each month
  • Reconciliation of both the purchase and sales ledger
  • Update and maintain supplier/customer details on sage
  • Process statutory returns (VAT & CIS)
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Understanding of VATs codes
  • Understanding of the nominal ledger

Skills and experience:


  • Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role
  • A methodical and orderly approach to work
  • Precise and accurate with good numeracy and written skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Familiar with the Construction Industry Scheme would be an advantage and understanding of VAT Reversal
Salary - Based on Experience

Position available with immediate effect
