We are seeking a dedicated Pastoral and Welfare Officer to join our team at the University Collegiate School, Bolton. As a Pastoral and Welfare Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safeguarding and wellbeing of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver interventions to support students facing challenges
Provide counselling and mentoring to students in need
Act as Head of Year overseeing the pastoral care of a specific year group
Work closely with staff and parents to address students welfare concerns
Contribute to the development and implementation of welfare policies and procedures
