Keystone is looking for a talented and dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to join our exciting team.
Supporting our recruitment function, you will take ownership of a wide range of administrative and clerical support activities - underpinning the Keystone team in making a real and positive difference for our clients in healthcare.
Main Tasks:
- Effective and secure data management
- A professional and competent communicator with our clients and Keystone team members
- Conducting essential preemployment checks for new Keystone team members including DBS checks, references, occupational health and training records, Governance, qualification and certification compliance management
- Recruitment, screening and onboarding process
- Periodic auditing of Keystone internal systems in line with our continuous process improvement policies
- Office and facilities management including the booking system for our interview suites and efficient day to day office operations
- Participation in companywide and personal, tailored training to improve client service, performance and career progression
Qualifications & Requirements
To match the existing Keystone team and culture, the ideal recruit would be energetic and have a positive approach to delivering for clients and working with others.
