Description

This is a newly created role for a PMO Coordinator, who once in post will support the Head of PMO with improvements to Centrality's Project Management practises, standards, tools, compliance and embedding best practise.

A key part of the PMO Co-ordinators role is to operate the Resource Management Framework, running and improving on the processes and tools to effectively forecast, plan, schedule and monitor resourcing across the business, keeping in touch with all the key stakeholders internally to determine their input demand and supply for capabilities and capacity.

You'll be involved with resource capacity planning/tracking to help us understand resource availability.

You'll monitor and report periods of high and low demand to ensure that resources are reallocated appropriately, Support the development and maintenance of all project management procedures, help to ensure the completeness of project plans including an up-to-date repository of projects.

You'll organise Sales to Service Handover with the Project Managers and Sales, Manage Weekly Timesheet Management. Making sure the Project Manager team and Cloud Solutions have updated accordingly. Work with the service desk to provide cloud solutions support if needed on any tickets that customers raise. Ensure finance tracker is updated.

You'll need to have the following Qualifications, skills, and experience for this role:

  • Experience of working for a Managed Service Provider is highly advantageous.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Process orientated, an organiser with planning ability and good attention to detail.
  • A team player with a desire to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
  • Good Microsoft skills especially in Excel
