MPC Services (UK) Limited are specialists in the servicing and installation of packaged sewage treatment systems and pumping stations.Due to continued growth and the introduction of some unique products we are looking for a new team member to support our service team based in the Chesterfield area, Derbyshire.
Role:
Sales
We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, driven individual to join our expanding service team in the Chesterfield area.
Duties
This role requires excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
In the main the role will typically involve:
- Dealing with incoming calls from our customers
- Proactively make outbound calls to our Service customers.
- Inputting customer data into our CRM system
- Ensuring that all responses to enquiries are written correctly with the right level of detail
- Proactive management of incoming and outstanding enquiries, assisting others as required
- Communicating and supporting other team members to provide an efficient highquality service to our customers
- To be able to work under own initiative, prioritise your own workload and meet relevant internal and external deadlines whilst being willing to learn and undertake appropriate training to further your knowledge

Hours: Full time - working hours to be discussed, primarily

Training provided:formal and on-the-job training will include company processes and technical material. You must be IT literate and an effective learner.

Overtime & weekend hours - Available once fully trained with prior agreement.

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

- Technical Sales (Desirable)
- GCSE level C/4 or above in English and Maths (required)

From £10.50-£12.50 per hour depending on experience with possibility of discretionary bonuses.
