Client Services Administrator

Harlow - £23,000

Hybrid working available

Is communication your strongest skill? Are you a people person?


Duties will include:

  • Updating clients regularly and providing support for any queries or issues
  • Reviewing cases to ensure service level agreements are consistently being met
  • Create system generated reports when requested by the client
  • Monitoring a busy mailbox and diary
  • Ensure all systems are updated by accurately logging all activity and client information


Another factor to this role, through client communication, is to ensure that all feedback is captured and escalated where necessary.

This company will welcome any feedback that suggests areas of improvement as they are keen to ensure the client is alwayshappy with the service provided.

To be successful, you must have a high level of accuracy when it comes to written and verbal communication, remaining professional at all times, while being able to work on your own initiative.

However, you must be happy working in a wider team and be aconfident team player who will provide support to others You must have good organisational skills to be able to keep on top of all communication and ensure things are relayed back to the client within agreed SLAs.
