Fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor for one of the largest insurance companies in the UK.

This role comes with an expectation of progression into a more senior role within the claims department post 12 months.

The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for all inbound contact from our client base, ensuring full details are taken about the claim being made.

In return, the Customer Service Advisor will expect a salary up to £22,000, 25 days paid annual leave, pension contribution, access to thousands of perks and discounts, optional health and wellbeing cover and life assurance at 4 x your annual salary.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Liaise with relevant thirdparties to obtain additional information
  • Ensure all details are added correctly onto the system
  • Refer details to the relevant dept for claim ownership
  • Other relevant adhoc duties when necessary
Skills & Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience (preferably office based but not essential)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work as part of a team to ensure client SLAs
