Salary:
£30,000-£35,000 Per Annum DOE
Location:
Didcot, Oxfordshire

Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm

Description
You will:
- Provide a warm welcome to employees and visitors
- Assist our client's Country Manager in everyday admin tasks
- Organise all meetings, both on site and off site, and via video link
- Maintain all office equipment
- Assist with documentation towards ISO accreditation
- Help to produce procedures and work instructions
- Use the company's software to process sales quotations, sales invoices, payment of invoices
- Be adaptable to changes in the company
Qualifications/ Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years Office Management experience preferable in the healthcare industry
- Understanding of SAP and associated software
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and time management skills
- Reliability and discretion
