Prima is an established family run business based in the South East of England - we import and distribute our own brand of packaging tapes to the UK market.

In addition, the company operates its own in-house manufacturing facility creating bespoke printed tapes and made-to-order self-adhesive labels. The business, has a long history selling to customers in the South East, with areas such as the Midlands virtually untouched, this is where you come in

As our midlands based Sales Representative you will have full scope to cover the area, prospecting potential clients and converting them into active, spending accounts.

You'll spend 75% of the time out on the road prospecting clients and closing deals, the rest of your time will be spent cold calling, appointment setting and raising quotations.

You'll drive new business development in your assigned geographical area, successfully converting self-generated leads into active accounts.

Identify new opportunities in the market through multiple channels and attend internal sales forecast meetings to discuss and achieve targets.

Your focus will be on new business sales whilst also managing the existing business that you develop over time.

Once a client is onboard, the admin team will process the ongoing orders leaving you the freedom to source new customers.

You will receive a basic salary and a car allowance but in addition an uncapped commission structure providing you with the opportunity to make large amounts of money as your business grows and develops.

We would expect that after 12 months you would be earning £60-£70K.
