Due to expansion, our client, a well-respected Estate Agent are looking for an experienced Sales Valuer to join their expanding team in Diss.
Our clients are a business that is not all about KPIs but, a business that prides themselves in customer serviceThe key objective will be to generate valuation leads, attend valuations and win new instructions. This must be achieved whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service.
Working hours of a Sales Valuer:
- Monday to Friday
- Alternate Saturdays
In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales Valuer:
- Up to £25,000 basic
- Ongoing training and support
- Career progression
Ideally, to be considered for the role of Sales Valuer, you must have the following:
- Previous valuation experience
- Proven track record
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Full UK driver's license
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Great customer service
Key tasks of a Sales Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:
- Providing personal, professional marketing experience and advice
- Have a good knowledge of your local market developing a reputation for being an expert in your field
- Managing your own diary to satisfy customers' needs.
- Generating new leads through marketing and networking
- Keeping a close eye on the local market and competitor activity.
