Big Fish Group are currently recruiting for a finance assistant role on a full-time basis working in our Frodsham Office.
This is a key role within the business and full training and support will be provided, study support for accountancy qualifications (e.g. AAT) can be provided post successful probation.Key Duties
- Reconciling multiple banks on a weekly basis.
- Producing debtors reports and annotating on a weekly basis.
- Reconciling and paying over pension contributions to our providers.
- Building multiple excel reports weekly.
- Credit control.
- Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Assisting the rest of the business with queries.
- General Ad Hoc duties
Key Skills / About You
- Excellent Excel knowledge
- Proactive mindset
- Willing learner / curious about systems and processes
- Keen eye for detail
- Punctual
- Minimum 1 year experience working within a similar role/finance environment.
- Experience using Xero is preferable, but not required.
- Immediate availability / short notice period preferred.

In addition to the £23,000 - £24,000 salary (DOE), you will receive 20 days of annual leave + your birthday off + bank holidays increasing upon each year of completed service.
