Data Entry - Claims Assessing

Location:
Christchurch


Hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00


Salary:
£10.90p/h

Our client based in Christchurch is looking for 10 people to join their busy Claims team. This is a Data Entry position for a 3 month period.


Duties:


  • Accurately assess claims in line with policy terms and conditions paying valid claims quickly without unnecessary delay and ensuring customers who aren't covered are informed at the first opportunity.
  • Provide an empathetic approach for all our customers by putting yourself in their shoes and understanding their needs.
  • When complaints cannot be resolved, ensure these are escalated to Customer Care Team immediately.
  • Take ownership of your workload, ensuring claims are handled in a timely manner and tasks are prioritised in order of importance.

Skills:


  • Excellent communications skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft 360
  • Empathetic, understanding and calm at all times
  • Ability to work within a busy environment
  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
£10.90 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Christchurch: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
