This position will include but not be limited to:

Sourcing overseas foreign investors
Liaising with potential investors across the whole process from initial recruitment to completion.
Sourcing properties in the UK worthy of investments
Completing purchases
Design and construction manage the renovation of acquired properties.
Liaise with professionals, building control and local council.
Liaise with Agents to get the property let
Manage the day to day ongoing issues of properties let.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a B. Arch or Interior design a must. (no need for a license)
15+ years of architectural/Residential design and project management capabilities
Highly developed overseas foreign real estate investors network.
Capable of leveraging existing investor relationships as well as establishing new connections
Problemsolver
Working knowledge / professional experience in allocating properties suitable for investments, assessing opportunities and mitigating and negotiating terms and transactions.
10+ years of experience in managing the renovation of residential projects from start to finish. That should include coordinating between design and build operations and communication with investors throughout the process.
Selfmotivated, detail oriented, energetic with exceptional design, graphic, communication and organizational skills
Computer skills preferably include Sketchup, AutoCAD and the Adobe Creative Suite as well as project management software.
Ability to work independently & collaboratively with clients, consultants, vendors etc.
